Brother Terry Ong came to the United States from Taiwan in 1975 and has resided in Texas ever since. Terry graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and has over 40 years of work experience with Abbot Laboratories, Texas Instruments, Electronic Data Systems, and as an entrepreneur.
He has served in the Caring Department of the Dallas Chinese Fellowship Church for more than seven years and has developed a comprehensive, executable, and replicable service plan for the church's caring ministry.

Brother Tony Chang was born in Taiwan, with ancestral roots in Qingdao, Shandong. He currently lives with his family in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from the Department of Philosophy at Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan, he came to the United States to study at the Pratt Institute in New York and obtained a master's degree in computer science. He has worked at UTL as a Senior Engineer from 1984-1987 and then at Nortel Networks as a Test Environment Design Authority and Senior Test Director from 1987-2007. From 2008-2019, he served as a Senior Director, Vice President, and Corporate Chief Test Expert at Huawei Technologies. In 2017, he was recognized as "Asia Executive of the Year."
Tony was baptized at Dallas Chinese Fellowship Church on November 26, 1989, and has served in various ministries including Teaching, Church Expansion, Caring, Elderly, and Personnel Welfare.

Elder James Lin came to the United States in 1979 for graduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been working in the Dallas area for more than 40 years since his graduation. In 1981, Elder Lin had attended a local Bible study, and he joined his co-workers in establishing the Dallas Chinese Fellowship Church in 1982 according to God's will. In 2000, he answered God’s calling and was ordained as an Elder in the church. In 2002, he actively participated in the church planting committee and established the Collin County Chinese Fellowship Church. Elder Lin has been faithfully serving in ministries inside and outside the churches and currently serves as an elder at Collin County Chinese Fellowship Church.

Brother David Hsiao was born and raised in Taiwan. During his childhood and youth, he participated in children’s Sunday school, youth fellowship, and was baptized during his junior year in high school. In 1976, he studied aboard in the US as he pursued a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University. After graduating in 1981, he started his career with Texas Instruments and worked there for nearly 30 years. He served in a managerial position during his tenure at Texas Instruments. In 2010, he joined Ardentec Singapore Corporation and served as General Manager for 10 years. Under his leadership, he helped the company earn several awards and recognition from customers, government agencies, and also earned a spot in the top 30 best high tech companies in Asia. In 2015, he was recognized as a member of the Academy of Industrial Engineers from Texas Tech University for his outstanding contributions to the profession. David has served the church as a deacon, deacon board chairman, church building project committee member, and taught Sunday school. He retired recently and lives in Dallas. He wants to devote his life to become Jesus’ disciple, serve people, and glorify God. David has been married to his wife, Jenny, for 45 years. He has three children and six grandchildren.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Brother Joseph Wan has worked in the IT field for over 30 years. He was baptized in 1986 and has been dedicated to various ministries at the Dallas Chinese Fellowship Church. He is always willing to help with various tasks when people asks of him. Brother Wan is skilled in areas including audio-visual equipment, IT, and house maintenance. He uses his gifts from God to witness for Christ at all times. Brother Wan and his family live in Richardson, a suburb of Dallas.
